Description
With its Beaver Creek ambiance, inside and out, a premier .67 acre site that backs to the Marjorie Perry Reserve and seasonal panoramic mountain views when the sumptuous trees begin to shed their leaves, you cannot beat this exquisite walkout ranch home with 2 primary bedrooms and an elevator in the Preserve at Greenwood Village. Exposed beams along the stretch from the entry to the back deck invite you to explore the luxury and comfort of the voluminous spaces that comprise the 5656 finished square feet on the main and walkout levels. The 2008 renovation of the kitchen with its exquisite cherry cabinetry, heated floors, Miele and Sub Zero appliances created a chefs dream, especially with its access to the new wrap around 1200 sq. ft. Trex deck with Dry B Low to keep the extensive lower patio dry. The entire lower walkout level has Hardwood Floors. Spacious rooms, soaring ceilings, gleaming hardwood floors, luxurious baths and a central elevator to access them all combine to create an incredible opportunity for ranch living in the Preserve community. The Preserve is a conveniently located community of walking trails, tennis courts, an Olympic sized pool and an enormous opportunity for social interactions. This home is a rarity, even in prestigious Greenwood Village in the renowned Cherry Creek School District.
