Description
As seen in the Wall Street Journal, and nominated for home of the year by Colorado Homes and Lifestyles, this is one of the most significant properties ever brought to market along the Front Range. 20ft floor to ceiling glass brings in breathtaking western mountain views and daylight from this tranquil 2.38 acre site, complete with an oversized pool, custom waterfall light feature, and seamless landscaping. The southern wing of the property is an original mid-century modern home built in 1976 that has been meticulously restored including the iconic spiral staircase, curved library shelves, and open view corridors. An additional 8,000 sqft was added on the north wing that mimics the original architect's design to create symmetry, which is balanced by the glass dining room and triptych art that connects the two wings. Award winning interior design features include a custom parkay floor, whole house Aspen Leaf cabinet package, Neolith slab fireplace and countertop, Lutron low voltage system, and a hand milled walk in wine cellar, just to name a few. A custom collector's car garage is attached to the north wing, along with an everyday use garage complete with a heated driveway and walks. Interior furnishings and art were hand curated specifically for the property and can be purchased separately. This is the epitome of sophistication, elegance, and grace in one of Colorado's most serene settings. Close proximity to all of Denver and feeds to Cherry Creek 5 Schools, including Cherry Hills Village Elementary.
